Flowminutor

Innovatively using a horizontal orientation, the Flowminutor cone is constructed of carefully spaced 304 Stainless Steel rings.
• Sewage travels through the 1/2-inch spaced rings, capturing larger particles around the outside of the rotating cone.
• These solids are transported by the teeth until they come in contact with the knives, which macerate the solids.

Benefits:
• Fewer mechanical parts to maintain.
• Cutters and knives are D2 tool steel hardened to 62-65 Rockwell.
• Easy knife and cutter replacement.
• Modular construction for easy channel installation.
• The total hydraulic force is applied to each cutter.
• Hydraulic drive motor with simple sprocket and chain drive.
• Horizontal cutting plane prevents grinding of gravel.
