Classification
Enviro-Care’s Classification products combine
grit collection, classification, washing, conveying,
and odor minimization, to solve the problems associated
with removing these nuisance particles from Waste Water.
Employing innovative Shaftless Spiral technology,
Enviro-Care grit systems are simple to operate and
maintain yet are capable of grit removal efficiencies
higher than 95%.
Comminution
The Enviro-Care Flowminutor has a revolutionary design
that outperforms traditional comminutors and choppers.
The Flowminutor’s main feature is a single,
horizontal shaft conical rotor assembly made up of
concentric stainless steel rings, on which hardened
steel cutting blades are mounted. The rotor is driven
by a powerful hydraulic motor and a simple, self-cleaning
chain drive.
Conveying
Designed for tough applications like Screenings, Grit,
Sludge, and Minerals, Enviro-Care’s Shaftless
Spiral conveyors meet the challenges. By combining
horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveyors with pivoting,
and reversing distribution conveyors, materials are
transported from generation point to disposal point
as a complete conveyance system.
Screening
In 1982, Enviro-Care, began to promote the first screening
product, the Flo-Screen Automatic Channel Bar Screen.
Enviro-Care has now grown to include over 15 different
screening products. With one of the most comprehensive
screening families in the marketplace, Enviro-Care
can offer the product best suited to the application.
Septage
Receiving
Incorporate screening, grit removal, and grease separation
in a single unit to automate and control the septage
entering the system. Completely customizable
these systems vary from simple screening units to fully
automated systems with touchpad authorization, automatic
metering, treatment, and billing.
Washing/Compacting
Designed for extreme adaptability, washer/compactors
are available in multiple designs, capacities, and
styles. Whether a part of a new screening system
or as an addition to an existing screen; Enviro-Care
washer/compactors remove organics, reduce odor, and
lower hauling and disposal costs.
