ECVWP Shafted Washer Compactor

As with all products in the Enviro-Care family, the ECVWP Shafted Washer Compactor keeps mechanical complexity and maintenance requirements to a minimum. With its low maintenance single auger screw design and its efficient, low maintenance drive system, the ECVWP Shafted Washer Compactor significantly reduces maintenance requirements and downtime.

Unlike some manufacturers, Enviro-Care does not provide "one size fits all" solutions. Each one of Enviro-Care's products is custom engineered to suit each individual application, providing the best and most cost effective solution for each client's requirements.

The ECVWP Shafted Washer Compactor incorporates screenings washing and compaction in a single unit. Screenings are discharged into the hopper where they are transported by the auger screw to the washing stage where they are washed of organics. The screenings are then transported to the compaction area where they are de-watered and compacted. The compacted screenings can then be discharged into a dumpster or an optional continuous bagger for ease of handling and disposal. A Hydraulic Ram Compactor is also available for applications which do not require screenings washing.
