The ECVSA Spiramatic Sieve Screen can be mounted either in a channel or in a stainless steel tank, and is available in 11 different sizes. The ECVSA Spiramatic Sieve Screen incorporates screening, screenings washing and compaction all in a single unit. As the filter drum rotates, the screenings are sprayed off the inside of the filter drum and into the central auger trough and any remaining material is removed by a nylon brush. The screenings are then transported by the auger screw to the washing area where they are cleaned of organics. The screenings then continue to the compaction zone where they are de-watered and compacted. The screenings can then be discharged into a dumpster or an optional continuous bagger for ease of handling and disposal.
